Purpose of the processing and legal basis
DAN (Divers Alert Network) Europe with registered office in Malta, Sir Ugo Mifsud Street, Ta’Xbiex, XBX 1431 and CF 91003700670, with operational and administrative headquarters in Italy, C/da Padune, 11 - 64026 Roseto degli Abruzzi (TE) (hereafter “Data Controller”), informs, pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation n. 2016/679 (hereafter, “GDPR”), that personal data provided and acquired at the time of supply of chosen training services, as well as data required for supplying such services, will be treated, also with the aid of electronic tools, directly by DAN (Divers Alert Network) Europe and/or through third parties, for the purposes listed hereafter, together with the legal reference basis, and for the duration of use:

Mandatory or voluntary nature of disclosure of personal data and consequences of the refusal to provide data
Providing data for the purposes stated in item 1, 2 and 3 is not optional but required for supply of requested services and training activities; refusal will cause inability to take advantage of the requested services; while providing data for the purposes stated in item 3, 4, 5 and 6 is optional and data may be transferred upon prior written consent; in the case consent is not given, it will still be possible to take advantage of the services offered by DAN (Divers Alert Network) Europe, but data will not be allowed to be treated for the purposes described in this item.
