This web shop (also referred to as DAN shop, online shop or online product catalogue) is a source of general information and products only. DAN Europe Service SRL strongly recommends that before undertaking any form of self-treatment or before providing first aid you seek professional advice or appropriate training. None of the content of this web shop or products or any other service provided through this web shop should be relied upon as an alternative to professional medical diagnoses or professional medical treatment. DAN Europe Service SRL accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any injury or loss arising as a result of reliance on any of the content of this web shop, of the misuse of any product, or failure by anyone to have any illness or injury correctly diagnosed and treated.
Except as provided in these conditions, DAN Europe Service SRL gives no assurances, guarantees, conditions or warranties (expressed or implied, by law or otherwise) of any kind whatsoever as to the benefits to be gained via the use of this site/web shop or any of the products.
Any additions, alterations or corrections of any error or omission in any of the content of this web shop shall be carried out without any liability on the part of DAN Europe Service SRL.

Loss/Consequential/Indirect Loss
Except as provided in these conditions, under no circumstances will DAN Europe Service SRL or anyone else mentioned on this site be liable whether under contract, misrepresentation, mis-statement, any tortuous act or omission including negligence or otherwise, for any loss or damage whatsoever including indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (including loss of profit, business contracts, revenues or damage to your reputation or goodwill) which arise out of or in connection with the use of this web shop or the products or the services provided through this web shop.

By using this web shop you agree and undertake to indemnify and keep indemnified DAN Europe Service SRL and its parent organisation, their directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors ("us") from and against all damages, losses, claims, demands and expenses, costs and liabilities which any of us may at any time properly and reasonably incur as the result of your use of this web shop, the content or any of the products or services in any incorrect manner or which is otherwise prohibited by these conditions or by the products instructions.

Terms and Conditions


All orders and purchases made on this web shop will be governed by these Terms & Conditions and will be between you and DAN Europe Service SRL. Your contract will not under any circumstances be with any other party, including any retailer whose web site may have directed you to this Site. THESE TERMS DO NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
You can order through the web shop after being registered as user on the DAN Europe website www.daneurope.org. The terms and conditions you accepted during the user registration process remain valid.


The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out in the web site. If, erroneously, we have under-priced an item, we will not be obliged to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you of the error and obtain your acceptance of the correct price before we dispatch the item concerned. All prices are in Euro and are expressed exclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. Italian VAT, if applicable, will be added to your order during checkout.  Prices may vary without notice.
If (for product orders only) the buyer is a VAT taxable company established outside Italy, no Italian Vat will be charged since the VAT liability is shifted to the recipient of the product . VAT liability is shifted to the recipient in accordance with European regulations.
For extra EU shipments or shipments to tax free destinations we do not add VAT to the invoice. The client is responsible for any custom charges, import duties and local VAT charges. If a client refuses delivery of the parcel and the parcel returns, he/she will be responsible for any additional shipment and custom charges


If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, while the web shop and automatic email confirmation stated the opposite, we will notify you as soon as possible. In some countries our products and services are not available - please contact us with any questions.


There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we actually accept the order and dispatch the goods to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment that we accept your order, by dispatching the goods (and not before), a contract will exist between you and us. If we decline to supply goods and payment has already been made, we shall reimburse you with the price of the goods within 30 days of declining your order. We shall not be obliged to offer you any additional compensation for any disappointment you may suffer.
If there is a problem with your order in terms of unforeseen availability of the goods or our ability to deliver, we shall contact you by telephone or email as soon as reasonably practicable.


Delivery will be made to the address (1 address only) specified by you during the checkout process. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction. Please note that it may not be possible to deliver to some locations. All deliveries are by third party carriers. If you are not able to take delivery of the products, depending on the carrier used, your goods will either be returned to DAN Europe Service SRL or the carrier will attempt to redeliver the goods to your address. Any additional shipping cost that will incur because of this, will need to be paid for by the client (you). We shall do our best to secure delivery within the estimated delivery times stated in the web shop (checkout process) but shall not be liable for any losses occasioned by delay in delivery for whatever reason.
During the checkout process, you can choose between different delivery options: the estimated delivery times and delivery costs are clearly stated, but any delays caused by the courier are beyond our control and responsibility. These delays might include delays due to bad weather, or custom administration.
Shipping costs are based on the weight/volume of your order and depend on the country/region to where the goods are delivered. Note that in most cases, by adding products to your order, the overall shipping charge (average percentage on the total cost of the order) is less when ordering more products (more weight)

When do we process/ ship your order?

DAN Europe strives to process your order as soon as possible.
In general, if your order and payment came in before 12.00 on a working day, the order will be ready for shipment the same day or the working day after receipt of the order and payment.

If the order arrived after 12.00, the order will normally be ready for shipping the next working day or on the morning of the second working day after receipt of the order and payment.
On rare occasions, especially during busy periods when there is an increased request for materials, processing times can go up to 3-4 working days.
If you provided us with an email when you ordered, you will receive a confirmation when the goods are ready for shipment. The courier will then pick up the goods the same day or the day after (depending on the chosen shipment option).
The delivery forecast for the courier will be shown when you select the shipping method. Most couriers will also send an email with an estimated delivery date. If you have chosen a postal delivery, delivery times can be up to 3 weeks and it will not be possible to track the order once sent.
Note: your order will only be processed after we receive payment.
The date of receipt of payment will be considered as the day the order was received for the above mentioned processing times.

Availability of products
The detailed product info in the web shop will show the availability of our products. Although we will do our best to show the correct availability at all times, it is possible that there could be a difference between the availability shown in the web shop and the actual availability in our warehouse. We can not be held liable for whatever reason, should a product not be available, while our website and/or automatic email confirmation (order confirmation) had shown the items as available.

For items that are not available, the web shop will show, where possible, the expected availability date (expected delivery date in our warehouse). This date is an estimate and we can not guarantee this deadline will be respected as this depends on the availability of the product (or component of a product) from the supplier, delays during import and delays caused by the courier delivering the goods to us.

Most products that are not currently available can be pre-ordered. This way we will reserve these products for you and deliver them once available. If you order items with different availability dates, you will have the possibility to choose to have the available and non available items delivered separately (in max 2 shipments, delivered to the same address) or to have your order on hold until all the items are available again. Our website / web shop will display estimated delivery dates and will be updated on delivery dates should the delivery date change. Should the original expected delivery date be postponed with more then 5 working days or should for whatever reason a product will no longer be available, we will contact you as soon as possible. In this case you can ask a partial reimbursement or choose another product for the same value.

Payment in full for the complete order (available and non available items) has to be received by DAN Europe Service SRL before any order will be processed.
An email confirmation will confirm the receipt of your order, containing the order number and an overview of the order and shipment details. When an order is shipped (completely or partially) you will receive another email showing the shipment details of the goods that are dispatched. Additional emails might be received from the courier with regards to the shipment and delivery of your order.
Before any order is shipped, both completely or partially, our staff will check if the content of the parcels shipped contains all ordered materials.

Before you sign the courier’s documents for the consignment you are advised to:

  • Check if the number of boxes matches the number of boxes stated on the courier’s documents
  • Check if the parcel was addressed to you
  • Check that the parcels do not shown any signs of damage or signs that might indicate the box was opened by third parties (the tape used to close the boxes should be the original DAN Europe tape with logo)

Should a parcel (such as a box or envelope) arrive damaged or opened (or closed using the non original DAN Europe tape, you should check the content of the parcel in front of the carrier (courier) and request that they make a report stating the condition of the parcel, listening any missing items or parcels.
Should the box arrive in normal conditions and a part of the order is missing, we can only be held responsible (for shortages) if we are notified by phone, email or in writing within 7 days of delivery date.


Each product shows a small introductory text and picture introducing the product. By clicking the button “details” you can find a more detailed product description and additional info such as product availability, picture(s), weight, available colours or sizes, or any other product option.
Although we have made every effort to render product descriptions and pictures representative/similar to the actual product, it is possible that there are minor differences between the description or picture and actual product, specially, but not limited, with regards to colours. We can not be responsible for colour accuracy.
We will refer to the product description in case of any disputes.
Some products are available only if bought together with one or more other products. This is particularly relevant when referring to the upgrade possibilities of oxygen units. If this is the case it will be stated in the product description and the published price is only valid if bought together with the related product(s). Any additional cost that is incurred because you failed to purchase the required combination of products is the sole responsibility of the client (yourself).
Student kits can be bought by DAN Instructors or Instructor Trainers. By purchasing these student kits for a specific course, it does not automatically mean you can request certification cards for the students using these kits. In order to certify a student, the Instructor or Instructor Trainer must be active and certified for that course.  Each student kit comes with a registration number. We are not responsible for the loss of this registration number (sticker).


At DAN Europe we want you to be satisfied with your purchases on our online Shop.
If something goes wrong, you can return any of the purchased items within a period of 10 working days, starting from delivery date.
We can only accept returns for items in the original condition and packaging they were delivered in. We cannot accept return of damaged or altered items.

How to return items.
Just repack the item securely. Remember to fill out the return form and include it in the package.

We strongly recommend you use a recorded-delivery service. 
All returns must be pre-paid. Shipping costs for returns will be refunded only if we delivered the wrong item or if we need to replace or fix a faulty item. In these cases you must contact DAN Europe to get approval on the shipping costs before shipment. We do not accept COD returns.

If all criteria are met, the refund will be processed and you will receive an e-mail confirming it.
After this confirmation, the goods should be received by us within 15 days. No refund can be made until the goods arrive in our warehouse and the condition of the goods is checked by our staff.


You can pay by bank transfer or by credit card via our secure payment gateway. Your credit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of order. Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the goods. Your credit card details will not be received by DAN Europe, but only by the credit card company/provider, who will or will not authorise payment.
For payments by bank transfer, the complete sum, free of any bank charges should be received in full before the order will be processed.
Note: your order will only be processed after we receive payment.  The date of receipt of payment will be considered as the day the order was received.
In some cases you can obtain additional discounts (other than the regular DAN member, DAN Instructor or DAN Business Partner discounts). To benefit from these additional discounts you must insert a discount code during the checkout process. These discounts are only applicable on online orders and only if the discount code was inserted during checkout. Only one voucher per order is accepted.


The content of this web shop is protected by copyright, trade marks and other intellectual property rights. You may retrieve and display the content of this web shop on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form on disk (but not on any server or other storage device connected to a network) or print one copy of such content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on this Site without written permission from DAN Europe Service SRL
No licence is granted to you under these Terms & Conditions to use any trademarks used on www.daneurope.org


DAN Europe Service SRL aims to offer you the best service possible but makes no promise that the services at this Site / web shop will meet your requirements. DAN Europe Service SRL cannot guarantee that the service will be fault free. If a fault occurs in the service you should report it to the Sales and Shipping Department at sales@daneurope.org and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as possible. If you have any suggestions as to how we may improve the web shop, please contact Customer Services who will be pleased to hear from you. Your access to this Site may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to restore the service as soon as we reasonably can.


We disclaim all liabilities in connection with the following:
incompatibility of this Site with any of your equipment, software or telecommunications links
technical problems including errors or interruptions of this Site, unsuitability, unreliability or inaccuracy of this Site
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us of the problem within 10 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability towards you unless you notify us of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.
If you notify a problem to us under this condition, our only obligation will be, at your option:

  • to make good any shortage or non-delivery;
  • to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or
  • to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question via a modality of our choosing.

Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) whatsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.


These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy and any disputes will be decided only by the Italian courts.
If any of these Terms & Conditions are held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Terms & Conditions which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
DAN Europe Service SRL reserves the right to add or change these Terms and Conditions. The changes will come into effect as soon as they have been amended on the DAN Europe website (web shop) and you will be deemed to have accepted them if you enter the DAN Europe (web shop) website after that time. You will also be asked to accept the most recent version of the terms and conditions for every order made through the Web shop.
