Student accident insurance - included in Pro and Club Member Plans

The following diving insurance covers, included in Pro and Club Member Plans, are addressed to students attending first-level diving courses:

  • First level Scuba (Try Dive such as DSD or Try Scuba, Open Water, 1st grade, 1 Star CMAS, REC 1 GUE or equivalent) for courses up to 18m depth and in any case not beyond the maximum depth allowed by your own teaching organization;
  • First level Apnea/Freediving (1st grade, 1 Star CMAS, Level 1 and AIDA Basic, Apnea Academy First level, SSI Free Diving Basic and Apnea Level 1) for courses up to 30m depth and in any case not beyond the maximum depth allowed by your own teaching organization.

Inception dateUpon registration of the student in the MyDAN section of instructor or club.

Validity of insuranceStudent is covered only when diving with the insured Pro/Club DAN Member who offered such coverage.
Maximum number of insured studentsNumber of insured students varies according to the DAn Membership Plan of instructor/club.
