I have not received my Provider C-Card! What now?

The time it takes before you receive your provider card is normally a maximum of 5-10 working days after registration of the course with DAN Training.
However, this time frame depends on how quickly the Instructor registered the course.
If he, for example, waits 10 days before he registers the course and then sends us the registration with normal post instead of doing an online registration the stated time has to be increased by at least 15 working days (3 weeks).
DAN Training recommends that DAN Instructors should register students on the DAN website immediately following the course.

After registration, if the Instructor recorded your email address you will receive an email confirmation that a c-card has been requested for you and another email as soon the card is sent.
You can also enter your ‘My DAN’ area, check if you are registered as DAN Provider and can see when and where the card was sent.

If you have not received the c-card, please check with your DAN Instructor first as he might have asked to have the card sent to him instead of to you. You should also check with him when he requested the card.
If the card has not been received by either of you and the card was requested weeks ago, then the Instructor can contact DAN Europe Training or you can do this directly by sending an email to training@daneurope.org

In order to be able to help you we need at least the following details:

  • Your name and date of birth
  • Name of the DAN Course followed and course date
  • Name of the DAN Instructor
  • Number of the student kit (registration number)

If a card was sent but not received, DAN Training will resend a new card. If DAN Training did not receive a course registration, we will contact the DAN Instructor and make sure a card is sent soon after.
